Samvedna Society organised the Creator Excellence Awards 2026 under the Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyaan, honouring YouTubers, vloggers and content creators and using their reach to make young people aware of the drug menace.
ADC Jammu Mrs. Ansuya Jamwal, JKAS, was the Chief Guest. She briefed the creators on the work being done by the District Administration and the Police to curb the drug menace, and on how their audiences can be reached with that message.
The awards continue a line of work the Society has pursued through 2026 — drug-awareness programmes at GGHS Nowabad and at Katal Batal, Nagrota, a dance competition at Jammu Club attended by more than 300 students, and the second edition of the Anti-Drug Cricket Tournament at M. A. Stadium.
